2. Fabric Specifications & Yardage Measurements

We pride ourselves on 100% genuine weaves, accurate measurements, and zero shortage gauge. However, please note:

• Color Representation: Due to lighting variations in digital displays and photo studio shoots, minor color shade differences between website photos and physical fabric rolls may occur.
• Yardage Selection: Customers are responsible for verifying required yardage with their tailors before placing orders for custom caftan, senator, or suit cuts.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

All orders are subject to stock availability. Prices listed on our catalog or quoted during inquiry are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Full payment must be confirmed prior to fabric cutting, packaging, or nationwide dispatch.

4. Nationwide Delivery & Dispatch

We dispatch orders directly from our Aba warehouse to all 36 states in Nigeria through verified logistics partners and park courier services. Delivery timelines range from 1 to 5 business days depending on destination state and courier selected. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

5. Cut Fabric Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of textile retail:

• Fabrics cut to custom lengths cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified material defect upon delivery.
• In cases of damaged goods, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with video or photo evidence.
